Yet some computer companies split up their support, letting third-party service companies handle the hardware and/or operating system, while they only support their own software. We've learned that this approach is inconsistent, and certainly not customer-friendly. In this scenario, it's always the pharmacist who suffers as each servicing party shifts blame to another .

Our Help Desk is your first line of support As critical as our field support network is, the majority of our support calls are actually handled by our " 1-800" HELP DESK facility.
As a first line of support, ProPharm has two full-time teams of system specialists (Dispensary and POS) available to answer any questions you may have. All of our support staff have worked in pharmacies, so they not only know how our systems operate, but more importantly, they understand how these systems affect your business.
Our POS and Nexxsys help desk staff also have the capability of dialing in to your Pharmacy Management System. This allows our specialists to diagnose a problem and make changes to the system (via modem) to reach a solution as quickly and unobtrusively as possible.
