Field Technicians

There when you need them most

Good response time is one of the key elements in providing good service and support. With this in mind, ProPharm has established a network of technical depots, with new locations opening as our customer base grows.

ProPharm has also developed a computerized dispatch centre to monitor calls and our technical fleet. Each service call is first received by the dispatch desk, where it is logged into the call-tracking system. From there, the dispatcher pages the technician who can best respond to the call.

All ProPharm Field Technicians travel with a complete repair kit and stock of replacement parts in their van. When a faulty part is diagnosed, the Service Representative can immediately replace it with a new one, and bring the faulty part back to ProPharm for repair. By eliminating the added servicing and travel time, your store's down-time is minimized.

All ProPharm Field Technicians hold a diploma in computer/electronic service and repair. They constantly upgrade this knowledge base through workshops, courses and seminars.
